Room 4 – The terrace

Situated right above the Cattive Promenade, the terrace offers a splendid view of the sea. It is the result of fifty years of progressive expansions by the Branciforti family, who acquired Palazzo Leonforte (1760), Palazzo Benso (1799), Palazzo Piraino (1811), and the current Palazzo Trinacria (also in 1811). This terrace allowed them to connect their double height ballroom at one end, to their concert hall at the other.
